Day One commit bit

See commit bits - in corporate open source/free software projects it is not unusual to see new employees commit to revision control before introducing themselves. In community open source/free software projects, you get the commit bit when you've earned it. The day one commit bit shows community members outside your company that they're playing by different rules than your employees.
